TMJ Pain Relief
TMJ can cause damage to the jaw joint and your teeth. In addition to the pain associated with TMJ an improper bite can cause wear on your teeth adversely affecting your smile. TMJ can effectively be treated by using Non-invasive techniques like TENS (Transcutaneous Electric Neural Stimulation) and Fabricating a neuromuscular orthotic split. Thus effectively reducing pain, preventing and correcting uneven wear, cracking, loosening, braking of teeth and even relieve hearing problems.

A unique part of Dr. Aggarwal's practice incorporates a concept of care that involves a patient's bite, and the health and comfort of the muscles of the head and neck. The concept referred to as Neuromuscular Occlusion ( how the teeth fit together, the position of the jaw and the resulting comfort of the muscles.)

By using a TENS (Transcutaneous Electric Neural Stimulation) device to relax muscles, it is now possible to ascertain the exact mandibular position required to treat many chronic pain patients more effectively than ever. Upon finding this position, the patient is stabilized with splint therapy. Traditional approaches to splint therapy have been largely ineffective, as the basis for finding the correct bite was not dependent on a harmonious relationship with the muscles, but an artificially manipulative position of the condyle.

Patients that experience Chronic Headaches, Migraines, Congested ears, Tinnitus, Numbness of the hands and forearms, Pain behind the ears, Tightness in the traps and scalenes, Insomnia. Trigeminal Neuralgia or patients in need of major restorative work are those who could benefit from these therapies.

A 15 minute screening can allow Dr. Aggarwal to determine if a patient with the above problems may be a good candidate for therapy.

Whitening
Fact Factors such as age, medications, smoking and dietary habits can cause your smile to fade over time. One of the easiest procedures that can be done to improve your smile is whitening. Today's technology provides a safe and long lasting, brilliant smile. Weather you choose an in-office or at-home procedure, one assisted by a qualified dental professional is the safest way to obtain that smile. Whitening does not harm existing enamel, tooth structure, bonding or restoration but will not effect the bonding or fillings.

Certain medications such as tetracycline cause teeth to become gray. These stains can be lightened but are less predictable than those caused by age or dietary habits. Stains such as those caused by tobacco, tea, coffee respond best to the procedure. Contact us to see if you are a good candidate for teeth whitening.

We use an array of professionally assisted at home and in-office techniques to enhance and brighten your smile including the Zoom!™ process which is gaining much popularity. All procedures are a safe effective method to brighten and enhance any smile.

Contact us to see if you are a good candidate for teeth whitening and if an in-office or at home procedure is right for you. Either method you choose, you will be professionally assisted in obtaining a brighter smile ensuring the maximum in effectiveness and safety.

Porcelain Crown and Veneers
Injuries and decay can obstruct the effects of a beautiful smile. Crowns provide more of a structural purpose for damage too great for veneers but maintain the same beautifying effects by using porcelain. Porcelain crowns cover the remaining tooth structure protecting and restoring health and beauty to your smile. Our porcelain crowns are very durable and unlike metal crowns, there is no dark line along the gums and they provide a very natural consistent look.

Veneers have the ability to correct many imperfections, straightening, whitening, reshaping, and resizing. Veneers effectively close gaps between teeth, make teeth match in length, and correct damage such as chips or cracks. Veneers are thin sheets of porcelain that adhere directly to the tooth with a very natural appearance matching to the rest of your teeth perfectly. We can make almost any smile perfect in just a few sessions.

Dentures
Dentures provide a better smile and improve your eating habits having a better overall effect on your health and social life. We can provide you with a perfectly crafted denture for your needs. Full or partial dentures in a variety of materials can be custom made to get you the exact look you want.

Bridges
Bridges can close spaces between teeth and restore the shape, contour and function where teeth are missing. If these spaces are not attended to, they may cause the surrounding teeth to drift and or rotate of position. These uncorrected spaces also leave your teeth and gums susceptible to tooth decay and gum disease.

Sedation
We understand that many people shy away from dental procedures because of the pain associated with them. Since we do not want that to prevent you from achieving a great smile we offer effective sedation options for even the most apprehensive patients from intravenous to nitrous and oral sedation.

Emergencies Welcome
There is nothing worse than dental pain. Dr. Aggarwal understands that and caters to dental emergencies. She ensures that the patient is, at the very least comfortable and pain-free until an appointment to provide complete and exclusive dental care can be made.
